The guided Alex consultation runs in the visitor’s browser. After the visitor gives permission, enquiry details are securely submitted to AIYRX Technologies and may be stored in our protected lead-management database so the relevant team can review, follow up and maintain service records. Email notifications may be generated for authorised AIYRX personnel. WhatsApp and email links remain optional contact methods.

3. Use of information

Information voluntarily shared with AIYRX may be used to respond to enquiries, evaluate requirements, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, provide support, maintain business records and comply with applicable Indian law.

4. Service providers and security

AIYRX may use reasonable service providers for hosting, communications, analytics or project delivery. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards may be applied; however, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

1. Website use

This website provides general information about AIYRX Technologies and its services. Content may be updated without notice and does not by itself constitute a binding offer, warranty or professional advice.

2. Proposals and engagements

A project begins only after the parties approve a written scope, commercial terms, timeline, responsibilities and payment schedule. Website discussions, automated guidance and preliminary estimates are non-binding unless incorporated into a signed agreement or formally accepted proposal.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate and lawful content, approvals, access and instructions. Delays or changes may affect delivery dates and charges according to the agreed project terms.

4. Intellectual property and third-party services

Ownership, licensing and handover terms for deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or agreement. Third-party software, platforms, domains, hosting, APIs and licences remain subject to their respective provider terms and charges.

5. Liability, law and jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited according to the applicable written agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Project cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The applicable proposal or agreement will determine the cancellation process, notice requirements and financial consequences for each project.

2. Work already performed

Payments attributable to completed discovery, design, development, procurement, approved milestones or reserved project capacity are generally not refundable once that work or commitment has begun, subject to the signed terms and applicable law.

3. Third-party charges

Domain, hosting, licence, API, marketplace, payment-gateway and other third-party fees are normally non-refundable where they have already been purchased or committed on the client’s behalf.

4. Eligible refunds

Any approved refund will be assessed against the written scope, work completed, costs incurred and contractual obligations. Where approved, the refund method and processing period will be communicated in writing.
