These terms apply to this public AIYRX Technologies website and its project enquiry form.

Enquiries are not project agreements

Submitting a brief or receiving an acknowledgement does not create a development contract, reserve a delivery date, confirm a price or confirm payment. Work starts only after the project scope, timeframe, price and agreed advance are confirmed through the appropriate business process.

Website information

Service descriptions are general information. Features, availability, pricing and timelines depend on the final agreed project scope. We try to keep the website accurate but may update it without notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious code, impersonate another person or submit content that violates applicable rights or laws.

Intellectual property

The AIYRX name, website design, text and original visual materials belong to AIYRX Technologies or their respective licensors. A future project agreement will define ownership and licensing for client deliverables.
